We will pick you up at Tocumen airport and drive to your hotel in Panama
City, where you can relax for now.

2nd
day - The Chagres Challenge
Get ready for an early start, at 08:00 clock we set off in an 4WD
vehicle on to
the remote village of San Cristobal.
We will have a wild ride on a path built by us. In the way there we will
enjoy a typical Panamanian breakfast at the Cerro Azul Mountains.
At San Cristobal, we will continue our journey and visit the Ibarra farm
that is a sample of
how people survive in such remote areas through agriculture and animal
husbandry.
You will also have plenty of time to explore the plantation and the
surrounding area.
Discover coconut, cocoa, coffee, banana trees and
many other goods that you usually only find at the supermarket.

3rd
day - The Chagres Challenge
At 08:00 clock we will start a hike, lasting two hours that will take us
deeper into the Chagres National Park.
The trail leads to the Piedras River, a tributary of the Chagres,
where a memorable Class
II-III rafting through the pristine virgin jungle starts.
We will have lunch at Chagres river shore.
Around 17:00 we will set up a camp at the riverbank, and share
adventure stories with a common campfire.

4th
day - Embera Indian
Village
After breakfast we will break down our camp and remove all traces.
We
will then continue rafting past the deep granite canyons with some
greater rapids, and just before arriving to Madden Lake a "Piragua"
(wooden canoes of the natives) will wait for us to continue downstream to the
village of the Embera Indians.
These natives emigrated 20 years ago to the area of the Chagres, which
is very similar to their original home on the Darien jungle, by the
Colombian Border.
After
lunch you will leave the village and visit the nearby jungle.
During the tour you will learn how the Embera had adapted to live out of
the jungle harvesting from it food,
medicine, construction materials, handcradfts and much more.

5th day - Chagres River in expedition

At 08:00 am we will travel toward the Panama Canal, crossing
the bridge across the Gatun Locks.
On
site you will be able to gather insights into the operations of the main
components of the Panama Canal: its locks system.
The trip continues in an exciting expedition kayak trek which stretches over three
hours, through the depths of the rainforest, all the way to the
Caribbean Sea.
There, we will explore Fort San Lorenzo, full of history about the
Spanish conquerors and pirates.

6th day - Mountain Bike,
MiraFlores Locks Visitor Center, Chiva Parrandera
After breakfast we set out on the Soberania National Park, near the
Panama Canal.
The
Mountain Bike Tour will take you deep into the jungle of the nature
reserve and offers a smooth path, which is not too muddy.
Nevertheless,
the road is often bumpy and beginners should ride with caution.
Change
of clothing is also on this day is a good thing, as the tour passes by
at a spring where you can enjoy a refreshing dip before, after the
picnic lunch, goes back to the city.
In Panama City you will then use the rest of the day, at the MiraFlores
Locks Visitor Center to visit the Canal Museum.
At night
experience a city tour through
modern Panama City, in an party bus.
During the voyage of "La Chiva" it offers plenty of
night life with live music and local activities.

7th
day - San Blas islands
Today
an early start is necessary to get the flight at 06:00 clock
to San Blas.
On
our arrival we will have breakfast before ferry out to our base camp,
located in a remote island that we will claim as ours. We will have an introduction to sea kayaking and snorkeling.
The San Blas islands, with over 350 islands, spread out along the
isthmus from the Caribbean Sea to the division through the mountains of
Panama, and defines San Blas.
You
will be able to enjoy the spectacular scenery to the fullest and explore
the islands, which are often larger than a living room,

8th day - San Blas islands
This day is freely available to kayaking or snorkeling.
You will also see the natives of the San Blas neighborhood, also known as
Kuna Yala visit.
The Kunas
are well known by their molas made out of colorful fabrics and used
primarily wear on the women clothing.
The Kuna have their own language, culture and
laws in their area.
Up
to 2007, there was not other way to get to San Blas than by air or sea, which kept
it very pristine, untouched, and authentic paradise. Now there
is a 4x4 road to it, but the Kunas eagerly keep controling their
faith.

9th day - San Blas islands
Enjoy the white sandy beaches,
crystal-clear water, exotic underwater worlds and the culture of the
Kuna in full.
Expect a different sea kayaking and snorkeling circuit.

10th day - San Blas islands
Today
you will be keep exploring this paradise in a different circuit that
includes
al visit to a Kuna village and move to a Kuna Lodge, Ukuptupu.

11th day - El Valle, Canopy
Tour
Around
7:00 am we will depart in plane from El Povenir, San Blas back to
Panama City. And them travel west by road to
El Valle in Cocle, a mountain town situated in the crater of an
extinct volcano, and about 2.5 hours from Panama City.
We will visit the local market where you will be delighted by local
handcrafts, "El Macho" waterfall, "El Nispero"
Zoo and the Zipline Canopy tour.
ase, you have the option to explore the jungle from the perspective of a
harpy eagle through the rainforest, "Flying", supported by cables and
wires.

12th day - Hike and Santa
Clara Day
You will start your hike at 08:00 am from "El Valle" to "La Laguna de San
Carlos" in a unique mountain path.
A driver will meet you at the end and put in your beach property further
west.

Day - Rio Grande Whitewater
At 07:00 am we will travel to Rio Grande to raft in
inflatable kayaks Class III rapids. This section of the river is
characterized by dry tropical forest and brethtaking canyon.
At the take out we will travel further west in our longest road
trip (about 5 hours) to Boquete in Chiriqui Highland where we will have
lunch and crash to sleep.

14th day - Cloud Forest

At 08:00 am you will be taken to the mountain town of Cerro Punta,
where you will then start hiking towards Boquete on the "Los Quetzales
trail"
Hopefully we'll spot the legendary Quetzal, the emblematic national bird
of Guatemala which is only found in
the cloud forest of Central America.
The walk will take 4-5 hours and ends by Boquete, where we meet our
driver to take us back to the hotel.

15th day - Chiriqui Viejo
White Water
After an early breakfast you will depart at 06:30 am all the way to the
Panama - Costa Rica border, to Paso Canoas town.
Nearby
we will put to start a breathtaking and adrenaline
Viejo River rafting trip class III-IV.
Depending
on the water level you will be rafting 3-4 hours.

16th day - Bocas del Toro,
Dolphin Bay
Another early start, around 05:00 am to depart to Bocas del
Toro by plane..
After checking at our hotell, you will spend the entire rest
of the day exploring on a motorboat.
The first ride takes you along the mangrove-covered island with the
shore until you reach the dolphin bay.
Once
you arrive, you will not have to wait long, as the dolphins are usually
lured by the engine noise and lively swim around the boats.
Afterwards you will continue to run and go to two very small islands,
Cayos Zapatillos, which should have the unberührttesten and gorgeous
beaches of the test area.

We are here and have a picnic on the beach you can go swimming while
your imagination back to the time of the pirates kidnapped.
At
those times, Captain Henry Morgan buried his treasure in the southern
part of the island.
Around 5:00 pm you will arrive at your hotel.

- Bocas del Toro,

Today, you are again in your motorboat to explore Bocas del Toro
Archipelago..
At 09:30 clock we will start our exciting tour by boat.
You are at the "Hostal Point" immediately with your first impressions
can experience the marine life, and discover even more impressive
experience in snorkeling at CayoCrawl.
This spot is typical of the unique coral and the countless number of
exotic fish.

Around noon you will take a typical dish in a restaurant that was built
on wooden piers over the water.
Following is the tour continues in the direction of Bastimentos islands,
you will cross an island once complete in a walk which only takes 15
minutes.
The rest of the afternoon to spend then the Red Frog beach where you
will quickly find out how this got its name.
At 5:00 pm, we bring you back to your hotel.

18th day - Bocas del Toro,

Spend the day at the beach or walk through the small, yet very active
city on the main island of Colon

scuba diving, surfing and fishing.

- Panama Viejo
In the morning you will take the flight at 08:00 am back to Panama
City.
After
you have checked into your hotel, you will go on a tour of the old city
of Panama.
